Lumen's treatments compete with clinics in Atlanta and Nashville, but their old site felt clinical in the wrong way — sterile rather than serene.
Approach
We slowed the site down. Longer scroll distances, quiet typography, and treatment pages that read more like a spa brochure than a medical intake form.
Result
Consultation requests from outside Hamilton County doubled, with several new clients citing the website as the reason they chose to drive in.
